The "Global Warming 2" is part of a developing series of high-fired porcelain with liquid patterns reflecting the extreme fragile condition of our polar ice caps. I wish to tell the story through my glazing techniques, expressing our place in time using the medium of clay fired hot enough to stand the "test of time". For as all good potters know, the true test, the true risk is in high-fired ceramics, which will last long after we, the people, are all gone from this beautiful planet.
